What is a gift economy?

A Gift Economy is based on trust, that we are all provided for, and opens you up to amazing ways of receiving!

I was led to embrace this type of mindset after spending years, and lots of energy trying to “make money” and never really getting anywhere. I “saved” and was “frugal” to an extreme. I was AFRAID to spend money, thinking in my head, what if I run out? And I watched myself repeat this cycle over and over again. Finally, a good friend offered this idea of letting go of that fear and leaning into TRUST. Had I not always been provided for? Absolutely. This told me that it was a program, and I knew how to shift out of that. Time to make radical changes. I like to ask myself “what is my deepest fear?” and then let that play out in my mind. Soon, I realized that I have always had everything I needed, and it was time for a trust fall into allowing Abundant Flow.
