One on One Session $111: In a one hour session, you will be guided towards your inner voice, and the information that is yours, and yours alone. Learn to separate your energy from everyone else’s, and set healthy energetic boundaries. I will assist in guiding you towards your higher purpose, and the unconditional love that is your soul’s purpose. Each session is unique, and may include meditation exercises and energetic tools; empowering you to heal yourself. Allowing Spirit to lead you, will allow you to trust yourself and others; stepping onto your path from a heart centered space. Joy and fulfillment can be yours!

Intuitive Consulting: In this one hour session, we will connect with your energy and I will reflect your story back to you in a neutral space. This may include inner child healing, past life updates, and much more, depending on your needs.
Meditative Yoga: Your one hour session includes basic yoga poses, plus a short guided meditation to assist you with letting go of the old and welcoming in the new energies. Great for couples and even groups of friends, you may include up to five people of your choosing to attend.
